Fleetech provides a comprehensive fleet management platform designed for delivery companies. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Real-time fleet tracking and monitoring
• Driver performance analytics and reporting
• Route optimization and delivery management
• Mobile applications for drivers and fleet managers
• Customer support and technical assistance
• Data analytics and business intelligence tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Fleetech SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fleetech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kuwait.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability
